RECORDS MANAGEMENT

The Records Management Department provides:

  • Records management related training for statewide and local agencies;
  • Assists in the development of agency records retention schedules;
  • Processes agency disposal requests;
  • Provides advice to agencies regarding records management related issues through rules, publications, policies and meetings. 
  • Provides records-related assistance and information to state and local agencies following disasters.
