The Governors of Louisiana

Many of the images and all of the sound files on individual governor's pages are part of the Governors of Louisiana multimedia display at the Old State Capitol Center for Political and Governmental History, in Baton Rouge, and are presented here as a means to promote and advertise that institution.

The governing years are broken down into periods.  You can find thumbnail images of the governors with brief information on the main page, along with a link to a detail page containing the governors biography and an auido clip.  You can browse through the periods by clicking on a link to the left under "La. Governors Exhibit"
