Annual Report Correspondence

Secretary of State Tom Schedler is cautioning all business owners to be aware of all annual report correspondence they may receive. Below is the official Annual Report Renewal Notice from the Louisiana Department of State Commercial Division; an annual meeting disclosure statement from Louisiana Corporate Compliance Business Services Division; and a notice of current company status and a corporation/LLC annual report preparation order form from Corporate Compliance Company. Louisiana Corporate Compliance Business Services Division and Corporate Compliance Company are not affiliated or associated with Louisiana state government in any way. They are both private companies, and Louisiana corporations are not required to report to or have any dealings with either company. Any reports sent to the Louisiana Corporate Compliance Business Services Division or Corporate Compliance Company will not fulfill the reports that are due to the Department of State under Louisiana law.
