Our website has changed to help the Commissions Division be more efficient in processing apostilles and certifications. A new downloadable Authentication Request Form is now available for your convenience.

There is a link to access the list of countries that are members of the Hague Convention of 1961 which require an apostille and a link to vital records to order birth certificates.

We have also added  more frequently asked questions.
