Notary Annual Report

ANNUAL REPORT

Annual report renewal notices are being mailed to notaries 60 days prior to the anniversary date of their commission. According to Louisiana R.S. 35:202, the annual report shall be completed in full, signed by the notary and returned with the appropriate filing fee. The completed annual report and fee must be filed by the commission anniversary date to avoid a late fee or suspension.

2013 Annual report filing fees will be $25 per Act 279 of the 2012 Regular Session.

2012 and prior year annual reports will remain at $10 if filed by Dec. 31, 2012. Late fees remain the same.
