Software Requirements

This site was designed for Microsoft Internet Explorer (7.0 or later) Web browsers with a screen resolution of 1024×768 (or higher). Other unsupported Web browsers and screen resolutions may work fine; however, some pages may not display or function properly. Browsers that do not support JavaScript/JScript will generate errors.

If you are ordering items, your browser must have pop-ups enabled to complete the checkout process. In current versions of Internet Explorer, click Tools > Pop-up Blocker > Turn Off Pop-up Blocker to disable the built-in Pop-up blocker.

Multimedia files require Microsoft Windows Media Player (9.0 or later). Other media players capable of playing .wmv and .mp3 formats may also work.

Other files on this site require external applications to view the content. You can download free viewers for many of these applications at the following locations:

• PDF documents—download Adobe Acrobat Reader (6.0 or later).
• Word documents—download Microsoft Word Viewer (2003 or later).
• Excel documents—download Microsoft Excel Viewer (2003 or later).
• ZIP files—download any current version of WinZip, Free Zip, or PKZiP.
• DBF files—download DBF Viewer (2000 or later).

Content or Functionality Issues

To report a problem with content or broken links on a particular page, note the page’s Web address, and then send your comments to the Content Editor for the page. Each Content Editor is responsible for one of the following sections of the site:
