The Corporation Newsletter is published on the Secretary of State’s Web site weekly.   Newsletters are listed in date order as indicated in the title of the document. For example, “Newsletter_20090107” was published on January 7, 2009.

 

Newsletters published in previous years may be view by selecting a year from the drop down menu. A list of all newsletters published during the selected year will appear on the screen. You may then select a specific newsletter for viewing.

 

The Corporation Newsletter contains an alphabetic list of all new foreign and domestic entities filed with the Secretary of State’s office during the previous week (Saturday-Friday). For example, a newsletter published on January 7, 2009 would contain information on new entities filed during the week of Saturday December 27, 2009 through Friday January 2, 2009. 

 

These are computer generated text formatted files and should be saved before they are printed. For best results, the Entity Newsletter should be printed in landscape mode on letter size paper.
