| Certificate/Certified Copy Order Instructions |
• Apostilles cannot be ordered online. Please contact our office at 225.925.4704 for more information on placing an apostille order.
• Carefully select the correct entity that you would like a certified copy or certificate on.
• Once you select the correct entity, the online order will show what is available for you to order. Click on each item that you want to order for this entity. If an item you are selecting has a red asterisk next to it, this means that some documents are not imaged and will require additional handling from our staff before it can be processed. This will then give you an option to select if you want expedite service or not. If the document(s) do not have a red asterisk next to it, then the document(s) will be available for you to print as soon as the order is completed.
• When you are finished selecting all of your document(s) needed, click on continue.
• The shopping cart will come up to show everything you ordered. It will give you the options to “Remove Items”, “New Search (to add other entities to your order)” or “Check Out”.
• Once your order is complete, click on “Check Out”. This will send you to the credit card information page. Please make sure your email address was entered correctly. Once completed, click on “Purchase Item”.
• A page will then pop-up showing “Check Out” is complete. This page will then have a tab for you to click “Display Receipt” and print it out.
• If there were images needed to be taken care of by our staff, you will receive an email that will show the status of the order as pending. As soon as the images are made, then another email will be sent to you showing that the documents are available to be printed out.
• Click on the link in the email, which will send you to the “Order/Status Retrieval” page. You might have to click on “Refresh” to make sure your documents show up to print. You will then be able to click on each item ordered to retrieve the document(s) and then you will be able to print them out.
