Notary Bulk Data Instructions

The notary bulk data file is a ZIP file containing a DBF database of all Louisiana Notaries. The ZIP file must be unzipped with WinZip or uncompressed with ZIP compatible software. The DBF file is a dBase III compatible file. You must have a dBase III compatible software in order to open this file.

To open the bulk data file:

1. Click the Notaries link.
2. Select Save and save the ZIP file to your computer.
3. Open the ZIP file with WinZip or other ZIP compatible software, and then extract the DBF file.
4. Open the DBF file in your dBase III compatible software.
