Page Content Welcome to the Commercial Division at the Louisiana Secretary of State's office. You can use these kiosk computers to browse our site, use geauxBIZ, the Voter Portal, and other Secretary of State resources.
For security reasons, some devices, such as USB ports, are disabled on these computers. Please limit your browsing session to a reasonable time when other patrons are waiting to use the kiosk computers. We appreciate your help in keeping the kiosk area clean for our patrons.
Signing In
Some resources, such as geauxBIZ, require an account with a verified email address in order to sign in. If you are a new user, we regret that you cannot receive or respond to the mandatory verification email on a kiosk computer; however, you can respond to the verification email and activate your account using a personal device, such as a smartphone. We encourage you to create and verify your account before arriving at our office.
Scanning and Uploading Documents
Scanners are available to scan documents into applications that require it, such as geauxBIZ. However, using external drives to upload PDF documents to a kiosk computer is prohibited. If you need help with a kiosk computer or the scanner attached to it, please request assistance, and let the representative know that you are using a kiosk computer.
Signing Out
Please close the browser window on this computer when you are done using it. This automatically signs you out of any open applications and protects your account privacy. The Secretary of State is not responsible for unintended affects resulting from leaving accounts signed-in or browser windows open and unattended on a kiosk computer.
