Accessibility

We are committed to ensuring that our site remains accessible to all individuals, including those with disabilities. This website was designed to support the use of assistive technologies as described in Section 508c. If you have any difficulties in accessing the information given in any of our documents or need further assistance, please contact the webmaster.

The simplest way to make a page easier to read is to use your browser's built-in zoom feature. You'll find zoom-in and zoom-out options on the View menu in Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Opera, and on Chrome's Tools menu.  You may also press Ctrl and the + (plus) and - (minus) keys to increase and decrease the size of text and images on the page. If you are browsing by mouse, press Ctrl and spin the scroll wheel up or down to change the size of the web page elements.
