Technology Providers

It is the responsibility of the Notary to verify the technology, qualifications, usability and fees of any provider.

If you would like to be a registered RON Provider in Louisiana, please submit the Remote Online Notarization Provider form via fax at 225.932.5359, mail to P.O. Box 94125, Baton Rouge, LA 70804 or email at notaries@sos.la.gov. If you are not already registered to do business in Louisiana, you will also need to submit a Certificate of Authority form.
